We take great care in making your date box a wonderful experience for you and those you love. In order to ensure your dates arrive in the state they were shipped and are just as enjoyable on the last bite as they are on the first, please:

Be mindful of any food allergies or sensitivities when choosing your dates, as they can contain dairy, nuts, wheat, gluten, etc.

Ensure someone is available for the delivery, as dates left outside in the heat and elements can melt or lose their freshness.

Keep your dates refrigerated to ensure continued freshness.

Dates are great cold or room temperature! But if you prefer room temperature dates, take out what you want to eat and leave them at room temperature for 20 minutes or so before eating.
We do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, should you encounter a problem, please let us know immediately upon receipt of your dates.
Refunds are only given if an issue occurred with the product itself during preparation or if there was a packaging issue on our end. We are not responsible for buyer error such as leaving packages outside or unopened for extended periods, failure to properly store dates in the refrigerator, etc.
Returns for producer error must be shipped within 3 days of receipt, and shipped in the original container. We do not refund postage on original purchases or returned items.
